All users must be logged in to order new services, manage existing ones or open support tickets. The email address must be verified after the sign-up process in order to login into user accounts through Symmcom Client Area.
Symmcom Client Area is a user portal where all aspects of services can be managed, pay bills, see service status, etc. The client area can be accessed through the following link: https://client.symmcom.com
If you are already signed up with a user account to access the Symmcom Client Area, there may be several reasons for not being able to log in.
I cannot remember the user name
The username is always the full email address used during the account creation process.
I cannot remember the password
It is ok to forget the password, especially if it is a hard one. Just click on forgot password link from the login screen and you will receive a password reset URL. Be sure to use the correct email address of the user.
