The Portal upgrade is now in progress.

[Scheduled Upgrade]  Aug 16th, 2018 - 12:30 PM MST
We are in the process of upgrading Symmcom Customer Web Portal to offer our customer a more pleasant experience. The approximate upgrade period is 3 hours. During the upgrade, the portal may become nonresponsive. We will keep you posted if there is an issue during the upgrade.
